Agua Dulce began the way many wonderful things do—with a curious little idea and a heart full of mischief. It wasn’t very big at first, but it sparkled. So we fed it crumbs of imagination, sang to it in the dark, and watched it grow.

Now, thanks to the marvelous support of Netflix, the Latino Film Institute, and the brilliant minds at Hampa Studios, our scrappy little tale has blossomed into a proper film—alive with color, sound, and spirit.

It’s a globe-trotting collaboration stitched together by artists from all corners, but make no mistake: this is still, at its heart, a labor of love. And we can’t wait to share it with you.
